Welcome to England!!!

Good Morning World! Welcome to my blog, hope you stay awhile and enjoy!
I have arrived, finally to England.  I am staying in Cornwall, it’s a gorgeous place and I love it here.
The view is breathtaking and I love it so much I don’t ever want to come back. The journey was quite long and a bit tiresome, however it is all worth it at the end. It’s just so magical here I feel like time stands still. There is no hustle and bustle of the city life, or the crazy life I normally lead. It’s just so relaxing. The weather is a bit chilly but still wonderful. The sun is shining down and with the light winds it makes for perfect weather.
I feel like I can get so much work done out here. Nice to just relax and clear my brain. The sound of the roaring sea in the background is so soothing. I wish I could show you all how magical it is here.
If anyone comes out to Cornwall, England you must stop for some Cream Tea at the Housel Bay Hotel. The food is amazing and the view and ambiance is immaculate. I never want to leave, I just want to sit out here and meditate forever.

Hope you all have a wonderful day!

Travelers Nerves

As the time is getting closer and my trip is just a handful of days away. I can feel my stomach in knots. I'm nervous and anxious and everything in between. I'm really excited but kind of scared at same time, but a good kind of scared. I don't know what to expect in my journey but that's what kind of excites me. Even though some things are planned like the dates, and the places I'm staying. In between there's a lot of space that can be unknown.

That's part of the reason why I have so much trouble packing. I know that it's going to be autumn and colder than what I'm used to; I guess I've packed for that. But still there is the unknown. There is a YouTube I follow, he travels all over the world and literally takes a carry-on everywhere he goes.

I mean, I guess I know I'm not going to the fashion show. I need to relax on my outfit changes. Still it's so hard to change out of your comfort zone. But in the end I know that what really matters are not the outfits I wore, but what I did and what I saw. So as I try to compose my butterflies and just get excited. In the words of Louis I say to you all: "Peace out, Enjoy life, and Live the Adventure."

Packing!

I love to travel, but I hate to pack!

One of my biggest dreams in life would be to have a Mary Poppins purse. Which could be universally connected to my bedroom/closet and house. Where I can just grab what I need, when I need it. All this having to figure out what I'm going to take, what I'm going to wear the next couple weeks, and am I going to repeat outfits. What jewelry, make-up, bags and shoes go with the outfits? It’s just so complicated. Maybe some people don't have to worry about this if they don't care. But I'm pretty sure most people care.

Yes it's easier being a man. Well the ones that don't care anyways. They don't have to worry about shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, facemask, body lotion, face lotion, primer, cover-up, and the entire make up essentials. I don't want to sit here writing a whole list of what I'm going to take, you get the point. It’s ridiculous how many things we need. I mean a quick trip to Vegas; you probably don't need the essentials because most hotels cover shampoo, conditioner and soap. Still for women we use certain shampoos and conditioners, you know it just doesn't make sense to not take them. Even if you're on vacation you do want to look good.
(Sorry had to share! )

As I sit here rummaging through my stuff, my room looking like a disaster, my suitcase looks like a tornado hit it. I contemplate sometimes not going on my journeys. Having spent money on a ticket, with a deadline makes you have to pack. Usually I'm pretty good about not taking things I don't need, but sometimes there are those trips that you are just stumped.

This trip that I'm going on is a long journey, I'm going to be gone for months. Therefore I need to take more than I normally would. Typically I’ve gone with people and so we could watch each other stuff take breaks and etc. However this time I'm going alone so there's no one but me to carry my luggage, to have to watch my stuff. Basically I need to pack light, but that's so hard for a trip that's more than a month. I mean I can't just take a mini travel shampoo; I need to take a whole freaking big shampoo same with toothpaste and all the other stuff.

I will be staying at people’s houses so something’s will be easier. I can do laundry, but wearing the same clothes for so long is going to get complicated. Especially being such a fashionista. Make-up on the other hand is a little bit easier, just cutting it down to the necessitates. Still that's a lot for me, most girls that wear make-up on a daily basis consists of; cover-up, eyeliner, mascara, some kind of lip color, eye shadow, bronzer, blush, highlight, make-up brushes, make up wipes and more. It’s going to be a challenge and while I sit in my mess and contemplate everything, I haven't even thought about my shoes fitting into the luggage. Keep in mind I still need to take my laptop camera all those electronics. Help me!!! Just kidding! It all works out somehow, it always does. Talk to you all soon, my fashionistas!
